Great service in short time line. Floor looks so much better

Moving & Storage review in Old Toronto

Coming into an old house with maple floors and some gaps / water damage and horrible yellow colour. Within a werk of taking job it was finished. Only 3 days to convert a large floor.

Complete redo tear out snd replace flooring

I originally hired Shervin to sand the original flooring however when he came prepared to do so he discovered the flooring was in worse condition than he thought and suggested replacing it with engineered hardwood. I am ver happy with the results.

Garage Floor Restoration

My garage floor was in terrible condition, and I have had dreams of getting it fixed up for the last 18 years. After looking at a floor that was wet, pitted, full of mildew and damaged in places, it was time to get this floor fixed up right.
Shervin was excellent to deal with, very responsive and professional. He gave me options and kept in touch regularly until we were ready to go ahead with the project.
I must admit that I didnt have high hopes for this floor due to the condition, but top flooring went above, and beyond to make sure I was happy with the end result.
I am happy to say that everything turned out fantastic, the job was done on time and on budget with great communication throughout the project.

I would not hesitate to use top flooring again for any interior or exterior flooring needs.

Extremely precise work, great workmanship

We hired Top Flooring & Stairs to refinish our floors and upgrade the stairs & install our nosings. Shervin had great communication and was quick to give us an estimate and we were immediately happy to have them come and get the job done. It took 2 days total where they initially said could be up to 2-3 days so we were happy that the end result was so precisely done that we could not possibly ask for better. I definitely recommend them. Thanks to the professional, knowledge Top Flooring Team, we are extremely satisfied and strongly recommend them.

Staircase Upgrades & Floor Refinishing

There are not enough words to describe how happy we were by the overall experience and the superb work done by Top Flooring team.

From the initial contact they had great communication and answered all of our question and concerns and were super quick to come to our house and see the job in person and give us an estimate and timeline for finishing the work.

Shervin & his team were really professional and treated our home like their own. They did a fantastic job refinishing our floors to match the new hardwood we installed and they also removed the carpet off our staircase, recapped and stained to match the color of everything together seamlessly.

We have worked with so many other contractors in the past and we must say by far, this was one of our best experiences so far. We strongly recommend Top Flooring & Stairs team for all flooring & staircase needs, they surely wont disappoint! Thanks again!
