Unfortunately James and Gus are We didnt get taken for too much, and some of our work was done. They disappeared in the middle of our job along with four other jobs in our neighborhood and didnt even tell the labourers who were also trying to get in touch with Them for days. The worst however is that the labourers didnt get paid for weeks. The office locations they had listed were empty and the receptionist who answered their calls was actually an answering service who had no way to track them. She also said she hadnt been paid. They took off in early December to be home in Ireland for the holidays Im guessing. Im sure theyll be back in the spring under a new name, with a new website, with new phone numbers, and new fake offices. Do not hire contractors that send direct mail to your house.

EDIT: MASSIVE ISSUES 2 MONTHS LATER

James and Gus - We spent $65000 with you and just 2 months later we
are having issues with the aluminum siding coming apart and cannot get a hold of you, by phone or by email. We are very disappointed and disgusted at this behavior, and it shows that you are dishonourable and untrustworthy and do not stand behind your work.

I would have hoped that you would stand by your word and honoured your work and workmanship. We always paid you the same day you asked for funds and would have hoped that you would have answered and acted in kind if there was an issue. Gus was very vocal in trying to get us to commit to hire your company to do the waterproofing/masonry work on the house immediately. I am very glad we did not do so. We actually consulted about 5 other masonry companies afterwards who told us that the "emergency masonry work" you stated was immediately necessary was actually cosmetic and did not require any action, let alone $30000 worth.

I strongly suggest others take warning before doing business with this company.

James and his crew are professional, efficient, clean, and their work is great! Got multiple things around the house repaired immediately. Thank you and will definitely contact you for future jobs!

James was quite help in identifying the problem areas on my roof. He explained and answered all my questions. After my decision he quickly began and finish my repair. I was really pleased with the service.

James proactively came by to offer up a quote on my roof. He noticed its need for attention. The other companies gave me quotes, some higher and lower, but I gave James the business because of his quick responsiveness, enthusiasm along with his expertise.
