You will not see a legitimate/visible way to review this company. They delete or disable it. On facebook they monitor and delete any consumer complaint.
Once they take deposit , they never pick calls and only resort to email replies as it suits them. In my case, the project was not delivered despite 6 months wait time after it being rescheduled several times and eventually owing to fire at their shop. I am still waiting for my refund after one year and have filed a formal complaint.
Putting the review here so another person can dodge the bullet and go for a well reviewed and local shop.

your project faced delays due to a significant fire incident at our shop. We provided evidence to assure you of the authenticity of the situation. We also informed you that you were welcome to visit our shop to inspect your unit. However, it was crucial to keep everything untouched until the insurance adjuster completed all the necessary processes for the claim. Only after our reopening, we could provide you with an installation date. Additionally, we offered you the option to cancel your project and file a claim with our insurance, considering your project was already prepared for installation. You chose to proceed with the insurance claim.
While you were waiting for the insurance claim, we also reached out to you and offered to install the unit if you wished, instead of continuing with the refund process through insurance. However, you indicated that you were fine waiting. We understand your disappointment as expressed in the review. Unfortunately, once you decided to seek a refund, our ability to take further action was limited. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding of the circumstances beyond our control.
When you leave a review like the one you did, you should definitely lay all the facts for everyone to be aware of the overall situation instead of trying to hurt a business out of rage.
