American Standard Walk-in Tubs Canada

Ordered a walk-in tub for my senior parents with mobility issues.beautiful tub with al the bells and whistles(I.e. jacuzzi jets, air jets, led lights, aroma diffuser etc). The door in enter is extra wide for easy access and the tun is extra wide for lots of comfort and movement. The installation process was fast efficient and of high quality. The installers were professional and skilled. The sales staff was very knowledgeable friendly and always accessible. Completed job as promised in one day., and within a week of ordering tub, included demo and removal of all waste. Before leaving gave a complete tutorial on how to operate and maintain tub. As a bonus included a brand new American standard senior height toilet and a grab bar pole to assist with sitting and getting up. Sales staff and installers were awesome and would totally recommend this company.

On time, stayed a little longer than expected to professionally complete the job to our total satisfaction.

The tub installation was great, but the finishing was a disaster and two attachments - the jets side control and the backrest pillow - had to be replaced. I expect these issues will be fixed but its been a disappointment. That said, we love the unit.
