Roots Home Comfort

Sidhu at Roots Home Comfort was quick to respond to our search for an appliance specialist. Our refrigerator was no longer holding proper temperatures even after we had cleaned and dusted out all the external parts. We needed someone that day after we were home from various errands and Sidhu arranged for a technician (Andrey) to come over after 6pm.

Andrey quickly diagnosed the need for refrigerant, explained and pointed out all of the signs/symptoms of a leak and after we agreed with Sidhu on a price, Andrey proceeded to replace the refrigerant. Due to some technical issues, Andrey ended up staying quite long to ensure the filling process was properly completed and that the fridge was starting to cool down again.

On the phone, Sidhu was very clear that this was likely a temporary fix that could last from 6 months or just a few days since finding the cause of the leak was cost prohibitive. He even offered to help us find a used fridge to replace our current one. Although we declined, it was a very helpful offer! We are currently in the process of finding a new fridge BUT Roots Home Comfort has given us some buffer time to do the research and find an appropriate replacement for our kitchen space.
