Ice Maker Dispenser on the Fridge
Here are the brief what I experienced on service fridge's ice dispenser. Prior to Eduard visit on May 15, 2024, I sent detailed nameplate and description of the issues. He spent about 45 minutes fixing the ice dispenser and it seemed to work when he was here. However, when we tried to use it on May 17, it failed again. After several text exchanges, He informed me that it was a control problem with no available parts, and that he couldn't assist further. Fortunately, I was able to find another certified technician and he came over and fixed the ice dispenser in less than half an hour, and it has been working perfectly since then. I appreciate Eduard initial effort, but very disappointed that the issue wasn't resolved. I hope this feedback helps improve future services.
