After years of towels to absorb water and a few massive floods in the basements we hired park city to fix this problem. After a super quick demo which they removed all the rotten wall studs they opened up the floor to find a river flowing below the house. After many trenches were dug to funnel the water to the two sump pumps, along with an entire basement of weeping tiles, the problem was solved. The basement no longer feels damp and there is not one drop of water.
We would recommend park city to anyone.
