Steven hired couple temp workers to install the pavers beside our driveway. The pavers were installed quite unevenly and it traps water when it rains. He even admitted that he should have use 1 inch pipe to level it and he didn't do it for us.
Steven promised to come back and level it, but after numbers of phone calls and text messages, he never responded or picked up our calls.
It's not a real business but individual who hires untrained temp workers to perform the works. I suggest you hire other companies instead.

We tried our best to accommodate your request to keep the labour and material cost at a minimum as well as deal with issues beyond our control such as the lack of an adequate retaining wall to ensure dirt would not shift or slip, causing anything to be uneven. We also understand that we were not the only company that recommended the installment of such retaining wall, and that this was refused to minimize cost.
