DO NOT hire this company for snow removal. So disappointed with the company. We try supporting the small guys but this time, we got burned. . Out of four snow dump, they only remove the snow twice. The first time it snowed in January and I asked why our property was not done, , they asked if we had paid them. Really? I had to show them the receipt. Each time we had a snow dump, they needed to be prompted to do the job. On the second snowfall, they told us they had performed the removal while in fact, they did not. In the last snowfall in the first week of March - no show (see the pic below). This pic was taken 24 hours after the snow fall. They no longer respond to my text. I will be posting their lack of service on social media. I have network of fire fighters and teachers. We travel each year for two months. This is a repeat business - why would you screw it up?

When did you ever sign a contract with us ?
My team or anyone never signed a contract with you , we have never been to that house. Please check you facts, you probably mistaken us for the wrong company. We have 30 + customers and it never took us 24 hours complete even when there a snow storm. I believe my company deserves and apologize ..
