Sergio and his crew were terrific! I tore down my backroom only to discover that the foundation was rotting and required attention. It was clear to me that the foundation needed support, and Sergio took the time to explain what I needed to get done to get what I wanted. I had 2 contractors quote the job and AVK Construction went the extra mile for me.
Because I work from home, they were courteous and gave me advance notice of when they would be working and how loud they would be. Upon leaving the site they would tidy up which was a bonus!
I couldn't be happier with the finished product.
