When we accepted your deposit, it was based on a signed estimate detailing the scope of the project. After the agreement, changes were requested to the project design, including a written request for an HVAC design. Following your written confirmation, we promptly hired a specialized company to create those designs.

Once the design was completed and shared with you, you decided to pursue a completely different approach and requested that we absorb the costs of a redesign. At that point, we realized we may not be the best fit for your project, as aligning on expectations and scope is essential to a successful working relationship.

To ensure fairness, we deducted only the cost of the agreed-upon HVAC design and refunded the remaining balance of your deposit. We genuinely regret that we could not continue working together and wish you all the best with your project.
