They responded quickly and fixed the problem in a short time at a very reasonable price. In addition they reported other issues which could be at risk in the future. These I could pursue with the original roofing company.

As an addendum, my elderly neighbour came over to see if they would affix an object to his rooftop. It would only take 5 minutes. They did so, no cost. Speaks volumes about character
