I got my landscaping (hard and soft scape and garden lights) done by this company. It was for well over $50,000. Initially, Mohammad was good and his work also seemed good but after a few months things started falling apart. The lights are not working any more and the hardscape in now uneven. The backyard gate he has no latch and is now sagging. I've been calling him for the past one year and every week he tells me he will come next week. He did come a few times but did no work - just promised to come back soon. Not only tha, he took $3,000 advance to order grills for window wells. That was last July. He has not delivered the product. I initially just accepted his explanation but now when I asked him to deliver the product or return the money he has stopped answering the phone. Please note that he is more expensive than most and his work is also sub par. I got sucked him as he promised me quality work.
PS: On Google his company, Ramada Landscaping, is permanently closed.

before you post I gote 3000 $ and run away just to remind you we have did many job and you send me also some money after make statement to clear your 3000 $ your balance with me it

1-i bring plants 🪴 to you I charge only invoice for plant & soil I believe it was 480 +tax .
me & my 2 guys work in it more hours replace pot and take to top floor & clean up all top balcony.
2- drive way it was done buy your builder before few month start move interlocking. you ask me to romve & relevle it after we remove stones I show you how it was done with bad base foundation I told you and your builder can't give any warranty about this .
it will move & seat down again sure .then it happened after 2 month same what told you .
you don't have right access
to ask me to replace the dead plant 🪴
or to relevle interlocking again.
I came several times to your home I did my job us my house it not from my duty to do like cutt grass & trime all shrubs.
when I came you refused to face me .
asl you mentioned you have with 3000 .
but still I have to replace out door light it only my responsibility.
but what your request me to Do free not my job .if you ask me about plant 🪴 for sure if you buy it I will go bring from garden center & replace without any labor change.
