I needed new vinyl flooring on my hallway stairs. Moe provided a very reasonable and thorough quote for the materials and work. He provided excellent samples of the vinyl and made it easy to choose. The work was done on time and on budget. I was very happy with the work and I will be using Zenith again in future.

Moe and John came to use in Toronto for a vinyl tile installation.

They did a fantastic job and kept all work extremely professional and efficient. The job itself wasnt overly complicated but it did require them to temporarily move doors, a toilet among other things. These guys dont cut corners and will tell you about any additional findings.

Id have no issue bringing them in for future projects. They are both very knowledgeable and friendly.

I want to thank Moe and Johnny for doing amazing work on our tiles. They were polite and respectful, and the work they produced was top notch. Moe is very diligent and communicates well, he will respond with any questions in a timely manner.

We hired Zenith to assemble and install ikea cabinets, lay new flooring and install tile backsplash. We had a few hiccups, including the flooring we purchased from home depot being backordered. Moe contacted his flooring supplier and was able to get a similar product the same day for half the price, which was great! The project ended up taking longer than predicted, the way projects usually do, but we were prepared for that, and it did not impact our lives.

Our house was in the market for nearly 2 months with no offers. We hired Zenith contracting to do some renovations to increase the appeal of the house and we were able to sell it within 1 day of relisting the house! Zenith's renovations definitely made a difference. What I was mostly impressed with was how fast Moe and his team were able to come and do the work. He was able to come in within 1 week and completed the work within a few days. We had them refinish the hardwood floors (stain color ebony, semi-gloss finish) on the main floor, replace the laundry room countertop, sink and faucet, replace the front door, install a microwave range hood and replace the drawer fronts and cabinet doors (see pictures). There were some minor issues which I brought up to them but they were very non-defensive about them and came back to fix them without a fuss. Moe and his team get an A+ for their hard work, punctuality, professionalism and friendliness. If you need someone reliable, trustworthy, efficient, professional and hardworking, you won't go wrong hiring Moe and his team.

The project was started a day earlier than planned (which was a benefit for us) and completed the same day.
Cost of the project was quite reasonable, in my opinion.
Ive had some horrendous experiences with contractors, but I got a good vibe when speaking with Moe. My feeling was spot on! Moe & John are the nicest guys! Theyre hard workers; pleasant; and dedicated. Its clear they value the customer and take pride in their work. Any question or request was met with a smile and no problem.
Finally, I would absolutely recommend their company. I learned they do
a variety of different renovations, which means I absolutely intend to use them for other projects.
