Hired Dave and Gabe to install a 4'x20' fence with gate in our backyard and remove the old broken one. There are/were a few minor issues once completed. The fence doesn't completely line up the whole way across. Although to be fair, the ground is a bit uneven so that's forgivable. There are quite a few boards that are splitting and/or splintering where they were screwed together. Hopefully a little sanding before we stain can hide this problem and it won't become an issue. The biggest issue we had was a board that was cut way too short on the gate. I'm not sure why they thought that was ok, but it definitely wasn't. When we contacted them about it, we were told Gabe would be out that evening to fix it. He didn't show up and we didn't hear from them for two days. Then randomly on the third day we woke up and it was fixed. Again with no communication. Although we are thankful and happy they fixed it, keeping an agreed upon time and/or some communication if they couldn't would have been appreciated. Overall, we are happy enough with the fence and the price was more than fair. The addition of a second gate latch on our side fence to hold open the gate was a nice surprise and not something we knew we wanted/needed until they installed it. That was a nice touch. They cleaned up their mess completely and both Dave and Gabe were pleasant to deal with while they were here. Hopefully we will never need a new fence again, but if we do, we would consider hiring them again.
