Great information given!!! Better to buy a new one than pay for a repair. Was able to explain how the washing inners works, able to answer questions, advice on what to look for when purchasing a new one!!! Adele was very informed on the make we have. Will be keeping name on file for future questions.

Adel responded to my Homestars request promptly...and arranged to come to my house first thig next day, informing me when he was on the way the morning of. I found Adel to be very professional and courteous...and especially informative on all aspects of my dishwasher problem. He solved my (electronic) issue quickly/efficiently, ruling out other possibilities, and he also gave me excellent context on my prospect options, ranging from replacement/repair of the control console to purchasing a new dishwasher...as my current one is already pushing about 8 years. He arrived late but kept me posted about delays - excellent! He found the plug in drain system and cleaned it quickly without fuss. He also gave good advice for maintenance of fridge and provided a 6 monthg guarantee of his work. Pleasant and engaged manner. I have recommended him to our condo management office because he so impressed!

Adel contacted me within minutes of me posting a request for service. He came on a Sunday evening diagnosed the problem, and came back on Monday to repair. He was prompt, friendly and very professional. I would use Quarter Inch Appliance Repair again.

Adel responded very quickly when I needed my dyer repaired because it was making a loud noise. He inspected my dryer and removed the hinderance that was causing the noise. However, he charged $219 + HST for inspection and labour, all of which took less than 10 minutes. I think $219 is unreasonably high for removing a sock that was stuck, which again only took a few minutes. Definitely wont be a return customer.

I needed a diagnosis on whether my fridge could be fixed or needed replacement. Unfortunately my fridge was not fixable but I got the information I needed right away and was able to get on with finding a new one.

Adel was extremely responsive and diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Felt he was honest and forthcoming, definitely recommended and will call him for any appliance issues.

Adel came promptly and diagnosed our 3 year old dishwasher. He advised us not to repair it and guided us on how to find a new one that would be reliable. His focus was to resolve our problem and not make money from a repair that he felt would be too expensive. He has our absolute confidence and we will call him again!
