Do not give Nick a deposit, after the transfer he had no intention to complete the job.
He visited the condo and reviewed the diswasher and mentioned he need $300 to order the parts. We transferred the funds and he said that the parts were ordered. After numberous attepts to schedule the repair he gave us the run around and didn't show up.
