Nicolas gave me an estimate for fixing a dryer and I paid him a $100 deposit for parts he said I needed. He told me he will come back with the part within three days. That was June 23, 2023. I waited for the job to be done for 17 days. On July 10, 2023, promised to come the next day to do the job, and didn't show up. The next day July 11, 2023, I ask for my $100 deposit for which he told me he is keeping the money for the service call to inspect my dryer machine.
He never mentioned any service call payment in advance. His AD says Refrigerator repair Free estimate Same day service
Not only that, I was told a cost of $175 for the parts I needed. While the person I called to fix my dryer after charged me only $36.95 + tax.
