Took my money and doesn't respond - reported to Toronto Police

Found him on Kijiji and came into my home to fix my refrigerator. He said he needs to get parts and I have to make a deposit to his personal email. I e transferred $216.96 and he kept saying he will come but ignored all my calls and never came! What a fraud! I want my money back!
