Terrible Service - Do Not Recommend Insight Pest Canada!
I had a very disappointing experience with Insight Pest Canada. Not only did they fail to eliminate the pests in my home, but they also provided horrible customer service. After several treatments, the pests kept coming back, and it was clear that their solutions were ineffective.
To make matters worse, they overcharged me for services that did absolutely nothing. I was also shocked to find out that they never informed me about a cancellation fee until it was too latetotally unprofessional. I felt blindsided and taken advantage of.
I wouldn't trust them with pest control again, and I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a more reliable and transparent service.
