They lock you in with their contract
They had one of their sales people to our house in 2022 and got us into a contract and every quarterly they charge you, they book in services like December, March , May that there are no pest activity and they charge you for it, we had wasp problem had their service done at property did not resolve so we called and cancelled but then I realized not that they did not cancel the service they did send their technician again for two other times even though my credit card was expired and after the two service that I didn't Authorize they called and demand for a payment and I told them show me my signature that I authorized these two services and I told them I called and cancelled but they refused and demanded payment and send me to collection. Today I paid the collection agency because they threaten to send the report to credit bureau , to not have my credit effected I had no choice to pay. Do not hire them, they don't do anything you can do a better job yourself. Their services is not worth even a penny, waste of money. Be bey careful with companies like this.
