My roof has been leaking into my bedroom for years. Every roofer I called insisted on doing a full or partial rebuild for thousands of dollars even though my drone pics indicated that caulking was all that was needed (presumably bc it was more lucrative for them). This company respected my request and caulked the roof. The leak is gone.
