The tenant identified some mold at washroom. I called Yosvir for assessment and Air test requested by tenant. He is very professional from start the process. Clear communication on process. Quote is reasonable compare to others.
Most important is his transparency on the issue with both landlord and tenants with his professional opinion which avoid unnecessary panic and tension put on the landlord and tenants
The remediation is done well.
