Called them two times and both times the service was very good. We had an unusual problem where power in an outlet was coming and going. Arif is a knowledgeable person and helped fix my problem. Initially called them as there was no power in an outlet. They fixed that gave some general recommendations. A few days later found power not coming through the same outlet. Called them again and Arif came within 30 mins and found a problem with wiring in a different area which was causing the power issue. Fixed the problem and the power outlet issue is now fixed
