Great work from Energy Rich. Helped me with a service upgrade to 200 amps. Upgraded panel, dug pit to upgrade conduit, upgraded meter, coordinated with utility company and ESA, etc.
Had a hard time getting anybody to even come give a quote. Many talked big: we do these jobs all the time, easy job no problem at all, send over the Service Layout and we'll give you a quote, etc. and then I never hear back.
Energy Rich was totally different. Worked out a day and time and he showed up. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Gave me a quote and it was exactly what I paid in the end.
Work was scheduled more than a month away due to utility company availability. Energy Rich said his crew would be there and on the day of work they showed up.
Good communication and always responded promptly. Could not be happier with the work and definitely will reach out again if I need more electrical work.
