Everything about what Genti did was professional. He gave a quote that he said was the minimum, based on my description and what he could see from pictures I sent him. When he came out, after a little exploring, it was obvious that this was a much larger job. He communicated clearly what was going on, what my options were , what he would do and what the likely cost would be. He and his employee continued to work until the job was done and the area was cleaned up. His invoices were clear and timely. A great job and great service. Thank you
