First off, Sharif is an utmost professional. He and his team did a thorough job of protecting furniture, floors and sealing walkways ahead of any work. Then they were fast and constantly managing debris and dust. Ceiling was stripped of popcorn very fast with no damage, they then did an amazing job of working around pot lights and leveling the ceiling, repairing imperfections then painted. They also removed a balance from the70s and repaired the ceiling to perfection. Clean up was also thorough. He did the job in exactly the time he said.
