I was looking for someone who can do the walk up basement project and got a number of quotes. Serene group gave the best quote, not the cheapest, but fair and detailed enough. What I liked the most, that both owners Joe and Vince were true to their word. No they didnt complete the project on time as promised, but they were always proactive explaining the delays, with most of the explanations making complete sense. What was most important that Serene Group kept the cost the same and did not increase the quote over time as many contractors do. Im definitely satisfied with the work and would recommend Serene Group to anyone. One enhancement I would ask for is dust control. Walk up project is a messy project and improving dust control would improve overall experience. That said, my best contractor experience. Specifically want to complement their carpenter - amazing quality of work.
