A former contractor renovated our washroom, which included removing floor tiles and re-tiling. That contractor apparently did not adequately secure the sub-floor prior to laying the tiles. After a few months, the floor started to squeak when walking on the floor. The original contractor and the general contractor were ultimately fired due to many issues during the renovation. Our designer recommended Leonas to research and hopefully fix the squeaky floor - which he did. So thankful that the renovated washroom is now perfect. But, what is most extraordinary about this experience is that Leonas followed-up to ask if the issue had been resolved or if perhaps the squeak has returned. The floor seems fine and no squeaks (knock on wood) after nearly a year. I have never had a contractor contact me to ask about work that had been done, and that speaks volumes to the integrity and genuine care offered by Leonas. He is a gem and deserves every accolade.
