Plumbing Nerds

I hired the bradford plumbing nerds to come and snake our drain. They failed to be able to clean out the clog and tried to tell us it would cost 30k to replace our whole line because it was so damaged. We ended up hiring a different company to double check and they snaked the drain and checked the line and said it was fine except for one part at the town line. Since the second plumber snaked the drain, we have had no problems. Don't let thier friendliness fool you!

I had a leaking dishwasher shut off valve, and the repairman came promptly. He installed a new Mini ball dishwasher shut off valve with approximately 6 cm of new copper pipe. The repair work was good quality. My issue is the high price. I feel that the overall price of $838 including tax was too high as this job took approximately 60 minutes. The price is over 50% higher than another local competitor. I do appreciate them giving me a Refund back of 10% ($83.84). However, I still feel that the price was too high.
