My wife and I wanted to finish our basement and had been searching for a trusted contactor to do the job. We're so happy we dealt with this company.
Eddy and his crew were awesome to work with. The project was on time, on budget and within scope. They honor their commitment, take pride of their work, and wont take short cuts. Glad to have chosen them to do the job and would recommend them highly.

Thanks to HoneStars I received an offer of service. He was very professional and I decided to trust him to do the job. I was not disappointed. The work was done in four days and I am very happy with the result. The old flooring was removed and disposed of; a new floor was installed; the room was painted with one accent wall; and new baseboards and trim were installed and painted.of the floor. The workers were very polite and discreet. I would use their services again for other projects.

The team at E Guerra Construction are top notch and its obvious they take great pride in their work. Very polite and respectful, not only of the contents of our house, but of the noise level for our neighbors as well. They installed new flooring (3 floors including 29 stairs!), painted the entire house, removed stippled ceiling, put in new baseboards and door/window framing throughout, plus many extras outside of the budget, and all within a relatively tight timeframe. We couldnt be happier! A huge thumbs up for E Guerra Construction!

I was having my basement renovated and I was looking for a painting company the paint the basement because of my lack of time due to work schedule. I wanted to have an accent wall in my bedroom. Edward provided me with some sample of paint design and he worked from the choice I made and it turned out beautiful!. The painting job throughout the basement was excellent. They work fast and there were no mess of paint left behind. They were nice, friendly and courteous and they did extra work for me such as, installing closet unit which needed some adjustment and put in shelving in the bedroom for a TV. All in all, I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you Edward :-). Thumbs up!

We hired Edward and his team for multiple projects in our home and they did a fantastic job. They were organized, punctual, friendly, respectful, honest, and truly cared about giving us top quality results. We were pleasantly surprised on many occasions to see little details theyd add without us specifically requesting them, such as moving a vent to a better location in the room, building a box around unsightly cables and pipes, etc. We will not hesitate to reach out to them for future home renovations!

This past March, E. Guerra Construction repaired the bulkhead and painted my basement family room. The work included rebuilding the bulkhead and applying stipple to match the existing ceiling.
Working with Edward to determine the cost and timeline was a positive experience. He listened to my concerns and provided suggestions where needed.
I am more than happy with the work which was completed on time and on budget.

Edward and his team were amazing to work with. It almost felt too good to be true. They were prompt and on time, communicated through every step, and executed quality work. Edward also answered all my questions before we signed on with him and went as far as adjusting our contract to make me comfortable.
At the end, the team became like friends who weve come to miss. Ive already recommended them to a friend whos doing her Renos in the summer. LOOK NO FURTHER!! Hes an amazing general contractor that does the work!

Ed is very reliable, hard worker, polite, punctual, and works very clean. He does not make a fuss if you change the plan in the middle of the project. You can count on him to come back quickly to correct an issue after the work is complete. He treats his customers as friends. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any one for construction work.
