Justin is a courteous, affable and very knowledgeable professional!
He is very punctual and had no issue when I asked to see his plumber's license and insurance documentation prior to commencing the project. He performed his work diligently, answered my numerous questions completely and I never felt pressured or that he was rushed for another appointment. He is a very customer service oriented individual.

Was quite impressed with the service and attention to detail. Has a pump drain set up for my washer in the basement and installed two Toto toilets. I am quite pleased with the work done. Would definitely recommend their services and will use them again if needed.

Justin has done several projects for us, most recently being an extensive home renovation. We did a complete gut job and extension on the house requiring all new plumbing and drainage. He was personable, attentive, and professional. He did excellent work and we would recommend him highly.
