David and his team have full knowledge and experience for renovation and any cases of unexpected issues. I had existing structural issues on main floor but there was no doubt he was able to figure it out. My main floor is fully renovated and David reno did amazing work for kitchen, flooring, new stair case. No doubt to recommend him to all my friends.
