I recently hired Nav North Contracting to install a concrete pad needed as foundation for a new 8x10 resin shed. Navee answered my call immediately and came out same day for an initial site assessment. He arrived on time, listened to all my questions and concerns and explained his planned activities thoroughly. Nice guy, very professional and knew his stuff very well. Provided a written quote shortly thereafter and willingly tweaked it a couple of times at my request (I'm very detail-oriented). On the first day he and his crew once again arrived on time and completed the site prep. They were respectful of my property throughout the process and honoured all conditions captured in the quote. All of them worked diligently on a very hot day to excavate, fill and compact the gravel base. They faced a unexpected amount of tree roots, but dealt with them without complaint. Just prior to the second day (form and pour) he informed me his usual concrete installer's supplier had a setback and was unavailable that day. Navee immediately sourced another supplier, and stepped in himself along with alternate crew to do the job himself on the agreed upon date. Each day he regularly checked in with me to ensure progress was to my satisfaction. It's only been about a week since it was installed, so I can't speak to its longevity. But I can say that the finished product looks great and is the exact dimensions (to the fraction of an inch) I requested. In short, he's competitively priced, very attentive to detail, focused on customer satisfaction and did exactly as I asked. I am very comfortable giving him a positive review.
