BUILT Construction does it all and does it right.
We have used Built Construction for all our home reno projects. In the past 10 year he has finished our basement, completely renovated the main and second floor of our home, which included transforming our main floor to an open concept design. Outside of our home he built an overhanging extension to our backyard, replaced our fence for us and our neighbors. Most recently he demolished and reconstructed our front porch to give our house entrance a fresh look.
Each time the project was done with the highest of quality and craftsmanship. It’s the little things that you don’t see that make a difference in a job. An example of this is applying wood sealer to the cut ends of the 2 x 4 pressure treated wood. This is done to prevent the wood from rotting when exposed to the elements. Not every contractor looks at the small details, but he does. Cheapest price is not always the best; but Built Construction does both, great price, and great quality.
Due to the multiple jobs BULIT has done for us, we have not enter a value in the "Approximate Cost" section of this review.
