Their quote was significantly lower than the other quotes we received and they did the work in half the time. The finished product was exactly what we wanted and the crew was efficient and clean.

I had a leak in one corner of a newly renovated, carpeted basement exercise room. Jack and Joe came by the day after we made contact to assess the situation. One of the few people who showed who showed any interest in me providing the full history and my take on the situation. And the only people saw some value in it. The job was completed successfully in a few hours of an afternoon a few days later with out all of the other quite extensive procedures I was being advised to proceed with from other contractors. As such, the cost for the project was as much as up to 7 times less than I had been quoted.

Abiding Property Service Inc. did an amazing job and worked really hard. The team worked extremely professionally and were very polite and skilled. At the end of each day they cleaned up and put unused materials away neatly for the next days use. Our yard was protected while stones and materials were moved. We highly recommend Abiding to anyone as they are extremely talented, reliable and responsible.

Jack was upfront and honest from the start. There was a little delay to start but Reno was completed in record time. This is amazing thing to achieve during Covid. Like any Reno there are some hiccups but jack and his team were able to find solutions. You don’t have to worry about these guys walking out on you. They were onsite almost everyday till completion and even came on a long weekend (stay holiday). I am looking forward to working with them again.
