On the third clean, barely anything was cleaned. Very disappointing experience. When I reached out to discuss my concerns I was met with defensiveness even though I sent numerous pictures to back up my concerns. I was told that there was no way of knowing when those pictures were taken. It took over a month to have my key returned.

At first, this service was a gift to help clean home after a function. I came home to meet Sharlene cleaning. After the house was cleaned I reviewed the quality of work and was very impressed. At that time, I arranged for Sharlene to come back monthly and expanded the services. I am very pleased with the prompt on time service and outstanding results. I can trust Sharlene in my home and with the pandemic, I can trust that she is following all policies which keep me safe.
