The project: build a standing shower.
After taking 6 quotes, we decided to go with JDA for a number of reasons:
- price was fair: not too cheap (to the point where I worry about the kind of work that will get done) and not too expensive (some guys priced me some surrreal proces)
- time to start was within what we were looking for
- Jonluca had described in detail what he would do, how he would do it, and had good suggestions (what finish to chose, where to go for tiles, etc) that I ended up taking. I was not sorry I did.

The communication was excellent, I really apprciated the transparecny, if there were some small issues he disclosed them upfront before starting to work on them, so I knew what to expect. He came on time, every day, stayed late, and he finished the project at the time he said he will finish. Cleaned up after, and best of all, the shower looks fantastic, a very nice and clean execution. Scope increased a bit throughout the work but the additional cost was in line with what I would expect, relative to the cost of the project.
