Zeire Painting

Based on my experience, despite other positive reviews on this website, I would not hire this company for another project. I believe they had good intentions but their execution left much to be desired.

I contracted Zeire Painting in June 2022and I waited to post this review after much consideration. I dealt with Andreka who was very pleasant, responsive and was meticulous in measuring each room where painting/resurfacing was required in order to provide a quote. She provided a very competitive quote for the job which was to repair surfaces to be painted and to paint numerous hallways and rooms throughout the house.
The project was troubled from the start as Andreka arrived at my home with 2 other individuals who were "trainees" by her own admission. This turned out to be a mistake as the trainees obviously had limited skills and initiative and had to be instructed how to do everything. This caused internal strife within the team and errors in the work. Andreka's estimate of a 5 day project turned into actual completion in 9 days. We later discovered that their experienced "A"-team were assigned to large project elsewhere.
They failed to protect surfaces that were to be covered properly resulting in paint splatter on floors, basement stairs, 1 carpet area, metal flashing on a closet and some wood trim some of which I only discovered after living with the results for 6 months.
Moreover, despite Andreka's meticulousness in measurements, they ran out of paint in certain areas as they didn't get the coverage they expected for which we had to pay extra.
Ultimately, we reduced the scope of their work in 1 area for which we received a discount, so as to get the project completed faster. Andreka decided to drop the trainees and do the work on her own as she was totally frustrated with having to manage the newbies.

On a positive note, they do provide a 5-year touch up warranty where they will come back a make good on items that need attention.

They have great team who showed up on time and were very proficient. Their attention to detail was great and their input in the decision making for choice of colours was very helpful.

Zeire painting will forever be my go to company for future paint jobs. They are very professional, organized with excellent communication and very fair pricing. They responded promptly to my request in an accurate time frame and even made great suggestions that turn out to be exactly what I wanted. The painter was polite, prompt and efficient.

We rented our townhouse for 1 year ,then decided to move into it after our tenants lease was up.
There were few major paint damages and scratches throughout the house because of previous tenants dogs.
I shopped around on Google for best pricing and called a few companies. I eventually found Zeire painting . The lady I spoke with was a real sweetheart and answered all my questions thoroughly.
After her team was finished with the job , I was in absolute amaze at how brand new our home looked. Thank you guys so much , I would definitely kero your number close for if I ever need a paint job done.

Exceeded my expectations by far! Andreka was very professional, pleasant and courteous. Amazing job from start to finish prep, priming, painting and clean up. I was able to work from home without distractions while the staff were in my home doing their work. My family is very pleased with the end results and the attention to detail. Would definitely use your service again in the future. Two thumbs up!
