Snow Removal review in

I hired this company and e-transfered half the money as agreed. The second half to be sent in January/24.
As it turns out we had only one snow fall and all my neighbours driveways got cleaned,
I called this company on two occasions but no response. No acknowledgment of my money either.
Do I send them the balance of the amount???

Good day,
We're sorry for the misunderstanding. All contracts state that service will be provide over 2.5 - 3 cm depending on the weather the following day. It has yet to snow over that amount. Please contact us via our email and we can clarify.
