After building my new garage, I went on the hunt for someone to spray foam it before putting it to use.
Overall I probably contacted 20 spray foam companies.
~15 didn't even bother to respond.
1 quoted a price twice everyone else's.
1 quoted a price I was OK with, but then ghosted once I said, "ok let's book"
1 quoted a price I was OK with, "is the company Bryan Baeumler uses", took my deposit, gave me an install date a month later, and then called to cancel my install the day before because "we're having issues" and returned my deposit, wasting a month of my time and costing me money.
2 others gave me a reasonable price and install date. Based on his reviews here, I decided to go with Karol at Domurad. He told me he'd contact me a few days later to schedule an install date once he had a chance to sit down and set one. He did exactly that. He showed up when he said he would, he did what he said he would, he cleaned up after himself when he was done, and charged what he said he would.
I feel like this should be the bare minimum in business, but in this industry, this is literally leaps and bounds batter than the competition.
People twice Karol's age running spray foam companies three times Karol's size could learn a lot from Karol about how to run a business and how to do their jobs.
If I need more spray foam, I will absolutely call Karol again, and will tell anyone who will listen that he's the man to talk to.
