Daron and his team removed multiple trees from my front and back yards. They lived up to their stellar reputation and then some! Much of the work involved branches that were overhanging the neighbours yards. Also, my next door neighbour had just completed an extensive landscaping installation that adjoins my property. Daron and crew were able to remove all the debris without any interference with the existing gardens, etc. Im so grateful to them and would highly recommend their service to anyone.

We had Daron and Rob prune our Norway Maple by thinning, elevating, and cutting back in our yard and our neighbour's . Our neighbour wanted to have the tree cut back too far. Daron explained it would stress the tree too much. We were very pleased with the work Daron and Rob performed. Our neighbour remarked that they did a better job than our previous arborist. We highly recommend them and will use them again.

I had contacted Wood Grain as I needed pruning done on a Paper Birch at the front of our home. Daron responded quickly and he and Rob came at the appointed time. They were very professional and did the required work. All of the clippings were removed from the ground. They also made useful recommendations about other work we may need done in the future. My wife and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very large old maple. Some damage and hangers from last storm. Daron and team communicated well, did a good job of removing branches over hanging house and next door, reduced weight on some branches to reduce breakage risk and cleaned up after. Definitely will hire again. Regular maintenance will keep this beautiful tree healthy and safe.

Had a fallen tree into our neighbor's yard after the severe storm. Looked around and couldn't find anyone that felt right for the job. Then Daron called up, so I thought I would give him an opportunity to come see the job. Daron and me then set up a time for him to come over for an estimate. Originally I was just going to remove the fallen tree and a bent 50 ft tree that was leaning towards my daughter's room, including a tree in the front and some shrubs. He quoted me very fairly. We then decided to just remove the entire lot in the back yard...mind you that these are all 40-50 ft pine trees(5 of them). Daron and Rob showed up 2 days later at 7:30 am to bang out those trees. Let me tell all of you that these 2 guy's worked there butts off. We were actually impressed and shocked to see how experienced and professional these 2 gentleman were. Absolutely amazing skills and knowledgeable to the max. They were at our place all day but did what they came to do. They left my place looking immaculate and debris free. Actually, left it looking better than it was before. I had a tall - maybe 20-25m Manitoba Maple adjacent to my garage, which grew a huge side branch which was laying on, and ultimately, damaging my garage roof, and was imposing on the concrete block construction of the garage itself.

After obtaining a City of Toronto permit, using Daron's arborist report as evidence, Daron removed the entire tree in two days. This was done by climbing into the tree, roping off sections, and cutting and lowering the sections. No boom truck and cranes, this was all by hand.

Other than the obvious noise of chainsaws, Daron did not annoy or bother the neighbours, despite working in close quarters to several other yards. All wood was either run through a chipper truck or taken away in a trailer.

At the end of the first day and upon conclusion, all wood chips, twigs, debris, leaves, etc., were cleaned up and taken away. No mess at all, even though they could have waited until the end of the second day, they cleaned up everything on the first and second day.

I have nothing but a perfectly flat, low stump left in the yard which I can use to put a planter and grow something more suitable for a smaller yard.

There were pieces from the main trunk that were at least 250 pounds and I estimate that the entire tree was close to a ton and a half of wood, expertly wrangled within a confined yard, by only two people (in case you think an "average" tree is something easy to move around, it isn't).

The city is providing a more suitably small tree in the autumn which I will plant to meet city bylaws, and Daron gave me advice on how to plant it and how to maintain it over time, so it provides a nice canopy but doesn't become a garage damaging monster tree.

All in all, highly recommended. Knowledgeable, timely, technical experts, neat and safety aware.
