This was my first time using TN Cleaning Solutions, whom I found on Home Stars having excellent reviews. Natalia responded to my request for services on the Thanksgiving Sunday so I knew she was passionate about her company for the onset. The service I was seeking was for a deep clean and very quick turnaround on a move-out/move-in within 5 days. Natalia explained their cleaning process, how they bill and was able to accommodate my immediate request, even though I was a first time customer to her. I could tell from my interactions with Natalia that she is passionate about her company and willingness to please the customer.

The work completed by Guzman was excellent. From the moment I talked with Guzman over the phone, I could tell he was an honest business man and passionate about his work. I trusted Guzman so much that I was comfortable contracting the entire deal by phone, in fact I only met Guzman after the started the work. Guzman provided me with a honest quote and pictures of prior work to demonstrate his capabilities with an raised above ground deck, which was approximately 9' x 21' with stairs etc. As this was a raised deck, I applied for a building permit from the city. There was a number of items that the inspector insisted on, over and above the approved drawings, and Guzman quickly remedied those to keep the project moving along. Communications from Guzman were timely, along with his progress reports. I would highly recommend Guzman for any of your deck and fencing needs in the future as I know I will be using again when I need those type of services in the future. KW

The work completed by Genti was excellent. From the moment I met Genti, I could tell he was an honest business man and passionate about his work. We were looking for a special color in the Gentek materials and Genti called the company and went to Kitchener to pick it up for the job. He met his time commitments on finishing the job on time and after he left you couldn't tell he was there...no mess! I would highly recommend Genti for any of your gutter, fascia and soffit needs.
