Highly professional and reliable deck construction experience
I was looking to have a good quality deck work to be done at my backyard this summer. I interviewed 3 contractors in total. During the meeting Anthony from Deco Decks, I understood that his knowledge, experience, customer service and attention to details is far more superior than the other two contractors I met before him. Antony came prepared with various deck design options, stairs and railings options, pictures and deck wood samples. He educated me and my wife on the benefits of helical pile footings compared to concrete, and also explained various types of composite wood options. His specialist deck carpenter Dan did amazing job, and he came up with a fantastic deck, way better than my imagination. Anthony fulfilled all the commitments and supervised the project very closely. He managed invoicing and all the communication at various stages of the project right from booking till final quality inspection in a timely and clear manner with attention to every detail. It is great to work with such a professional company like Deco Decks who believe in providing great customer service. Anyone who is looking for a reliable deck work to be done, I will highly recommend Deco Decks to them.
