Appreciated their efforts to put in new shut off valves in laundry closet here in a hi rise in Brampton.
But subsequently, a few days later, turned on my washer, and only boiling water comes out for washing clothes and rinse cycle, no matter what. I texted Rob more than 2 weeks ago, to remedy it. No reply so far. I think he shud have tested the washer to see if hot and cold working after the job. Too bad for me that now l have to figure out what to do.

Rob responded to our call for help quickly. Our leaking tap was repaired quickly and recommended valve shut-offs installed.
