Extremely professional, on time, extremely clean. They walked us through the entire process and there was nothing hidden. I would highly suggest using Primocon for any job you have. As this was our first major renovation the amount of attention to helping us through a very new process was invaluable. At the end of the day, the finished product was exactly what we had imagined. Love these guys.

Primocon were excellent to work with throughout the course of our addition/renovation project. They were responsive and solution oriented if we ran into any obstacles. They managed the process efficiently including dealing with the town to have inspections lined up immediately upon completion of certain phases which kept the project on schedule. The work was completed well within the time frame and we are thrilled with the quality. My wife and I would absolutely recommend Primocon to friends.

Over the past eight months we have been undergoing an extensive remodel. In that time we have dealt with three different contractors. The only company that we refer to anyone is Primo Contracting. Jim has extensive knowledge of the local building codes. This has made our inspections go very smoothly and has given us peace of mind about quality workmanship. This was the fourth custom home we have built and was the most satisfying and smooth of all. We selected your company after meeting with several builders. Stephanie and I felt comfortable with you from the very first meeting and then throughout the entire project. Will recommend to all our friends.

My experience with Primo Contracting goes beyond a great design and skilled craftsmanship. They built our home with a vision for elegance AND functionality. Not only do we love our new home, communicative relationship with Primo Robert, Jim the whole team. I feel I have new friends for life.

We are writing this letter in regard to the recent pleasure we had of building a custom home with PRIMOCON HOMES. Our primary contact was Robert. After we decided on a floor plan, we had the unforeseen luck of selling our home in just one day. As a result, there was an enormous amount of pressure to complete construction of our new home 4 weeks ahead of schedule. Robert readily accepted this challenge without reservation, and guaranteed us that our home would be finished when we needed it. He guided us through every step of the construction process. He is knowledgeable and well organized, meticulous about detail, courteous, prompt and a true professional. We consider him an expert on everything from building codes and regulations, to color patterns and the ergonomics of luxury home living. During construction, he met with us once a week to discuss the progress of the home. During these meetings, he was extremely helpful not only on updating us on the particular phase of construction, but also by making some wonderful recommendations on additions and changes to the home, which in turn calmed many anxieties we had. In a world where service and quality are scarce, these things seem to be Robert's forte. He delivered fair, honest, quality work, and service with a smile. He not only takes pride in his work, but he is a true “people person”, which lends itself to his success. It was truly a pleasure to work with Robert and his staff, and we would recommend him to anyone who wants to build a custom home.

Its been nearly 2 years since we moved into our Primocon home. We continue to be blown away by the ongoing commitment they show their clients, long after theyve completed the work. I still, to this day, text our project manager, Jim for random questions or to ask for help that only he could assist with. He knows our home as well as we do (probably better than we do) and is always quick to pick up the phone or come to our house to help in any way he can. He assured us way back when we moved in, he is always a phone call or text away if we need him. I joked that he would regret saying such things, but it is so comforting that we can reach out at anytime.

We were having problems with our heating system, it wasn't blowing efficiently on the second floor and to get it nice and warm upstairs we would have to keep it on all the time which made the first floor uncomfortably hot. Primo Contracting brought in their HVAC technician who redid some of the duct work and installed a new furnace. Then their drywallers and painters fixed everything up and the house looks like we never opened any walls. The heating is nice and even throughout the house now.

Had the best experience with Primo Contracting recently. Used them for the underpinning , basement lowering and other concrete work. As Robert PRIMOCON’s project manager recommended, we installed heated flooring in our cold basement as well. The timing was perfect since we were doing all the digging and old concrete removal anyways.
Primo Contracting lowered the basement 30” , installed all heating pipes and poured new concrete. Installed engineered hardwood flooring, added a couple of rooms, new drywall, baseboards and painted everything using new durable paint. The whole project took less than three months.

The finished basement looks so spacious now and super warm. The underpinning was very professionally done. Finished spare bedroom and a gym with sauna looks great. I will definitely be recommending PRIMOCON to everybody.

We appreciated the work quality on that particular project and approached them. We vetted Primo Contracting by interviewing past clients. We were impressed because every single family gave glowing reviews! Since then, the PRIMOCON team helped us find our property, design our home and build it. From beginning to end, the experience with PRIOMOCON and Robert specifically, was special.

Building a custom home is no small feat, and doing it during a pandemic presents extra, unique challenges. Primo Contracting team took every detail we brought to them, and did their best to make every item happen and gave invaluable suggestions a lot of the times. From design to execution, Primo Contracting team worked hard to make the process smooth.

Their tradesmen are all the best of the best. One of the things we appreciated most about this family-owned business is that they are always looking for the best in class, and were always open to our suggestions. We went with all of the Primo Contracting vendors, and Robert passed on their trade discounts to us. Which was amazing, we saved thousands. By the end of the process, many of the Primo Contracting partners felt like family. Our interior designer often commented that Primo Contracting team kept the construction site meticulous.

Moreover, Robert and Jim our project manager and site superintendent has been so integral, helpful, and responsive throughout the build process. They balanced all the changes and details that would come up, and most importantly he anticipated issues and helped us make important decisions. PRIMOCON stayed on budget and on schedule.

We've been living in our home for a couple of months now, and if we were ever to go through the process again, Primo Contracting will be our first call. We've already recommended them to all our friends and family.
