Primocon

Primocon did the renovation in our house two years ago. They changed all our flooring and installed very nice wide plank engineered hardwood, refinished all our bathrooms with new tile, new vanities and plumbing fixtures, and they soundproofed our entire basement by removing the drywall and installing sound dampening and special insulation panels and then redoing the drywall. After all that we had them repaint the whole house. Everything turned out great, they had no issues at all with meeting our agreed dead line and were within their projected budget. It's a well organized company and they deliver on their promises. I already recommended them to several friends and family members. And my parents have booked them to do an addition on their cottage this spring.

Primocon built our 4,500 sq. ft house in Oakville, it was an easy experience. Robert and his crew would send us constant detailed updates and their pricing is very transparent. It was a big project for us at four thousand square feet not including the basement and many different features and finishes that our designer selected. The execution of everything is flawless, Primocon works with very good tradesman. From the footings and basement walls to the framing and masonry work outside, to the drywall and millwork, tile and painting. Everything is done well and organized so that work flows smoothly. I would recommend Robert and Primocon to anyone in the market for a luxurious high end home at a fair price.

As a Realtor, we see all kinds of things in the Toronto market. We sold a home by Primocon Custom Homes a few years back and our buyer is still thrilled. The home inspector said it was one of the best built homes he had ever inspected and the builder went out of his way to show us how well work was done even in areas of the attic a buyer wouldn't typically look.

We had a wonderful experience working with Primocon Custom Homes to renovate our 4,300 square foot home. The project consisted of substantial changes to the floor plan which included creating a master suite with brand new bathroom and walk in closet, adding a powder bath, adding a laundry room, updating a bathroom, and reconfiguring another bathroom to increase its functionality. We changed flooring, changed doors and windows, etc. It was an extensive renovation and Robert and his team did a wonderful job. Not only did they finish on time and on budget, but they were fantastic to work with. They were constantly in communication with us and someone was at the house every day. We received weekly status reports and regular budget updates. We also appreciated their recommendations on which architects and vendors to utilize. We felt that they genuinely wanted us to have the home of our dreams and did everything possible to make that happen. Robert is a very honest and upstanding individual and a man of his word. We would not hesitate to work with Primocon again.

I highly recommend Primo Painting. They have professional crews, provide accurate estimates and deliver on their promises. They are detail oriented and can tackle any type of painting project! I'm a repeat customer of theirs because they consistently provide excellent results. If they make a mistake, which doesn't happen often, they are quick to make it right. I will continue to refer them to my friends and clients.

Primo painting have done multiple projects at my house including painting most of the interior of my house (with really tall great room and ceiling!), drywall repair, skimming old textured walls to make smooth and priming/painting over old dark wood kitchen cabinets Super happy and will continue to use and recommend!

The whole experience with them was awesome! They were quick to respond, and also set up an estimate. We decided to go with them because they were so good to work with and professional. We were referred to Primocon by our Realtor and after meeting with the owner Robert one time, I knew he was honest, trustworthy and would be easy to work with. After doing our due diligence of meeting with other builders and Rob several more times these qualities we were looking for in a custom home builder quickly led us to choosing Primocon.

During the design phase, Rob was very helpful and quick to turn around any changes we discussed which was important because we had a tight deadline for budgeting due to a pending closing on our land purchase/construction loan. During the build phase Rob was easy to get a hold of and again very easy to work with for any changes we had to the design and floor plan of our home. He provided us options based on his experience and allowed us to make decisions with no pressure. After the build is when you start to understand the builders character, and I can say Rob has continued his stand-up character by being available to address any questions or items that have come up without any complaint. We have been very happy with our decision to build with Primocon and are already in talks, planning an investment rental property we would like to build.
