Robert and his team at Primocon exceeded our expectations in building our dream cottage on the shore of a beautiful lake in Perry Sound, Ontario. The cottage, with its spacious 2300 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a Muskoka room, was designed and built to perfection. We were particularly impressed with the attention to detail and high-quality materials used, such as the light grey Hardy board siding, with contrast black window frames and interlocked driveway. The large cedar deck out back, facing the lake, is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The deck even smells of fresh wood after a rain! We highly recommend Rob, Jim and Primocon for anyone looking to build a new home or cottage.
