We had an absolute nightmare working with Zarina and Paras. We found them online, not referred by anyone. We regret that decision for life. Zero customer service. We will definitely not come back, we do not recommend them at all. (This is the 1st time in writing a negative review)

Zarina holds you by the contract you sign. 'Only this is in the contract' or 'its not in the contract' or 'its additional scope you'd need to pay' is what you hear. No attention to details, all the numbers were wrong, we had to go over each and every detail.

If you have free money to give away, you can definitely hire them.

For those of you who have time, here are the details:

They make you feel very insecure and push to get the full service done through them. Very manipulative behavior.

At several points me and my husband decided to stop the project but Paras would convince us to continue. They were never true to their words, they talk well until they get paid and abandon the project after.

We had people laugh at us seeing the ceiling that they delivered. Initially we wanted them to rip their work off and build it from scratch but we even compromised the finish and asked them for a fix. We had to argue with them for days, and finally they abandoned us without giving us the credit that they agreed.

Their design had technical difficulties, for which we had to come up with workarounds. No returns were accepted, they charged heavily in the form of restocking fee and shipping fee.

We started with just the interior design (space planning, lighting and furniture procurement) for our newly constructed house. Usually we do this on our own, this is not the 1st time we are buying a house. But this time, we wanted to take professional help to reduce our stress. But we had to go through weeks of enormous stress.

The project was delayed, we had to postpone our move. The estimates changed on site. They started complaining of everything that is common for a newly constructed building. They had no knowledge about the site conditions. They abandoned the project without finishing. They don't pick our calls anymore.

Even with just the designing piece of work, they never put in any effort. They replicated the Pintrest images we shared. They failed to do even that for few other rooms. We never saw an interest or enthusiasm.
