Fabio, the project coordinator was thorough as he explained what the guys were going to do and what to expect from the whole experience. He kept in contact with them regularly and ensured everything ran smoothly.
Lucas and Gustavo were diligent and meticulous in their work as well as being sweet and pleasant to deal with. They always sent me a text letting me know what time they were coming, they showed great attention to detail and left my home clean and tidy after the job was done.
Overall, I highly recommend Patch Dudes for their professionalism, expertise, and excellent customer service. I now have a flat ceiling that flows from one room into the other for a more modern feel.
